Help us shape the future of Phoenix Parks!

The City of Phoenix is currently developing a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan to guide the improvement of our parks, recreation programs, and facilities over the next ten years. As part of this process, we are seeking valuable input from community members.

We have prepared a comprehensive survey to better understand community preferences, needs, and priorities for parks and recreation programs. Your participation will help inform the development of a plan that reflects the interests and expectations of our community. Your input is valuable and will make a difference for people of all ages in your community.

We expect this survey to take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete; however, each question is important. The time you invest in completing this survey will help us take a resident-driven approach to making decisions about the future of our City's parks and recreation system.

We have partnered with ETC Institute, an independent consulting company to administer the survey. Your responses will remain confidential and are treated anonymously.

For your time and effort in completing the entire survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a chance to win one of two $250 Visa Gift Cards at the end of the survey.
